The Duquesne Business Law Informant (DBLI) is a new, business-oriented legal blog which translates potential legislation and economic trends into plain English. The DBLI will monitor both federal and state laws and regulations that have the potential to affect local businesses. The DBLI aims to serve the greater-Pittsburgh area. Professor Seth C. Oranburg first joined the Duquesne Law faculty in August 2016 after serving as a visiting assistant professor at Florida State University College of Law and Chicago-Kent College of Law. Professor Oranburg teaches and writes in the areas of Contracts, Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, Securities Regulation, and Venture Capital Law.
