Katie Herrmann, J.D. Candidate 2021, is the State Law Correspondent for the Duquesne Business Law Informant. She has unique in-house experience working for one of the nation’s largest crane companies where she dealt directly with company acquisitions. She is currently working for Steptoe & Johnson, a firm that specializes in energy, labor & employment, litigation, and transactional law. After Law School, Katie hopes to work in energy and construction law, focusing on land contracts and transactions.
